It was reported that the minister congratulated the artist on behalf of the staff of the Ministry of Culture on his 95th anniversary, thanked him for his invaluable work and services in the promotion and development of Azerbaijani painting and sculpture for many years, and awarded him with the "Shusha 270" badge.
