Currently, there is no confirmation that

Iran

has handed over ballistic missiles of its own production to the aggressor country, the Russian Federation, which the occupiers plan to use to attack Ukraine.

This was stated by the coordinator of the National Security Council at the White House, John Kirby, during a press briefing.

The US continues to closely monitor the situation surrounding potential supplies.

"We know there are discussions about a potential transfer of ballistic missiles. We haven't seen that confirmed at this point, but we're watching it very closely," he said.

It will be recalled that British Defense Minister Ben Wallace stated that

Russia plans to transfer "modern military components" to Iran in exchange for hundreds of drones.

Previously, the Secretary of the National Security Council Oleksiy Danilov said that the Russians have very few missiles left, they  will be

enough for 3-4 attacks.

At the same time, the aggressor is negotiating with Iran to supply missiles.

Meanwhile, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that Iran has handed over

a new batch of 250 Shahed-136 drones to Russia.

The UN has officially announced that it has begun investigating the transfer of Iranian drones to Russia

.

.

But the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine notes that the

UN is in no hurry to send a mission

to Ukraine to study Russia's use of Iranian drones.

The US imposed sanctions against Russia

for the use of Iranian drones.
