Russian dictator Vladimir

Putin has

driven himself into a dead end due to military aggression against Ukraine, the logic of his actions is hard to predict at the moment.

In an exclusive

interview with TSN.ua

, a member of the European Parliament, a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, former Prime Minister of Lithuania Andryus Kubilius said this in an exclusive interview, answering the question of whether Putin is ready to sacrifice up to 300,000 killed Russian soldiers in this war in order to win over Ukraine.

"Putin has driven himself into such a corner, and now he looks like a half-crazy rat. Therefore, it is very difficult to find logic here, how he will behave. However, if you look at other similar historical situations, then, usually, someone from the environment, from the elite , whether military or political, who retain the possibility of rational thinking at such times, understand that the country is already at a dead end, and is heading towards some kind of abyss. And then they look for opportunities to change the situation, how to remove the deranged leader. And all this can happen. I don't have some kind of thermometer to take the temperature of the political elite in the Kremlin. But I think that rational people, and there may be a few of them left in Russia, should understand that Putin has led Russia down a path that has already led to a dead end kuta, and this is a tragedy for Russia," Kubilyus explained.

We will remind you that The New York Times wrote that Vladimir

Putin is ready to lose 300,000 soldiers in

order to win over Ukraine.
