Russia is either unable or unwilling, or neither able nor willing.

APA reports with reference to Panorama.am that the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, Alen Simonyan, said this while commenting on the speech of the Russian representative at the UN Security Council discussions on the situation on the Lachin road.

He said that he had a negative assessment of the Russian representative's speech at the UN Security Council.

"I negatively assess the speech of the Russian representative at the UN.

Because I think that as an allied country, Russia could have made a more targeted speech, as countries that do not have close relations with Armenia do.

I think that Russia is either unable or unwilling, or neither able nor willing.

After the recent events, this does not surprise me", said Alen Simonyan.
