830,000 people were released from mobilization in Russia.

According to APA's Moscow correspondent, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said this in his speech at the Board meeting of the Ministry of Defense held under the leadership of President Vladimir Putin.

Shoigu noted that mobilization plans were not implemented after the Great Patriotic War, so the Ministry of Defense faced certain difficulties.

"The mobilization preparation system was not fully adapted to the new economic relations. That's why we faced difficulties in notifying and summoning citizens who called for reserves since the partial mobilization began. We had to correct all the shortcomings in the process," said the head of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
