Moscow is sending executioners from the FSB to Ukraine in order to break the mind and spirit of Ukrainians and make Ukraine Russia, this is the conclusion of the French Catholic priest and Holocaust researcher Patrick Debois.

The researcher has just returned from the Kherson region, where he collected testimonies of Ukrainians who went through the hell of Russian torture, TSN reports.

About Kherson

We visited Kherson.

This is a city that Russia has declared as its territory and we have seen people living in Kherson who were tortured by the Russians.

The question arises - why do the Russians use torture against people whom they called their citizens?

From what we saw, the Russians acted like this in order to force people to return to Russia with the help of torture.

In the media, it looks like a war between two armies, but in reality we see, from the testimonies of Ukrainians that we collect, that Russia uses a certain strategy against civilians in your country.

And our first goal is to talk to the media in order to tell about the FSB of Russia, which uses a certain technology in actions against the citizens of Ukraine.

The second goal is political.

We have to give information and understanding to politicians in Europe about what is happening on Ukrainian soil.

We also cooperate with law enforcement officers from other countries, such as Germany, so that they understand what to investigate.

ABOUT THE RUSSIAN EXECUTIONERS

I never thought that the Russians would torture people as scientifically as they seem to do in the movies.

They send highly professional executioners here.

In Putin's mind, this key task is to change the minds of Ukrainians.

And as you know, this was his work throughout his life.

Before moving on, everyone should understand that on one side there is an army that is waging its own war.

On the other hand, there is the FSB, which is waging its own war.

And there is also Putin, he is also from the KGB school.

ABOUT THE EVIDENCE

We asked one man who lives in a village in the Kherson region.

He was detained, tortured and tried to rape him.

They tried to break it.

The purpose of this torture is to break a person, but this man did not break.

He agreed to tell about these crimes just at the place where it all happened.

Another case is a civil servant from the Kherson administration.

He was detained and tortured in a rather scientific way.

They showed him ampoules with injections that would be administered to him if he lost consciousness during the torture.

Then he was deported to Crimea to Simferopol prison.

He was kept there for several months.

I asked why he was kept there for so long, and he replied that he knew for sure that it was FSB technology.

He was tortured once a week.

In particular, they tried to hang him.

After each torture, there was only one question: do you agree to work with us.

The Russians thought that the war would be quick and that after the war the invaders would need people like him.

It looks like the FSB is trying to break the upper management part of Ukrainian society.

How to break?

Torture so that Ukrainians will recognize and agree to work with Russia.

Therefore, it is very important to show and remove the mask from the war waged by the FSB.

Because we know how strong the FSB is now in Russia.

Kherson is not the largest city in Ukraine, and yet they sent FSB officers from Moscow to do their work in Kherson.

Journalists pay attention to Russian military units that are moving in Belarus, but no one pays attention to FSB units that are also moving.

It's like a secret war.

ABOUT GENOCIDE

It seems to me that Putin does not care whether these are war crimes, or genocide, or whatever they call it.

What is really important to him is to turn Ukraine into Russia.

ABOUT THE TRIBUNAL

This is possible when many countries and their leaders consider it absolutely necessary.

Germany was destroyed in Berlin and no one now thinks that Russia will be destroyed in Moscow.

Our task is to create this tribunal.
