Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President, reacted to the decision of the US President Joe Biden's administration to transfer

Patriot air defense systems to Ukraine.

A post appeared in his Twitter.

"Just a Patriot air defense system. Officially... To "close the sky" and focus on destroying the remnants of the Russian "army," Podolyak wrote.

Ukraine now hopes to receive new types of weapons.

"Further - Leopard, Marder and... missiles of a certain range..." - added the OP representative.

It will be recalled that on December 21, the White House announced the allocation of up to one billion dollars in military aid to Ukraine.

The Patriot

air defense system also entered there.

By the way, earlier in Germany they declared that they

could not transfer anti-aircraft missile systems to Ukraine

due to the insufficient number of them at their disposal.

Berlin assures that everything has been handed over to Poland and they no longer have these systems.
