[Reporter Cai Yahua/Taipei Report] The by-election of the legislators in the third constituency of Taipei City (Zhongshan, Beisongshan) will draw lots for candidates today. The DPP candidate Wu Yinong is late. Fortunately, he caught up with the lottery. After the lottery, the media are curious and late. The lottery for the by-election of legislators will be held at 2 pm today at the location of the Taipei City Election Commission, which has recently moved to the Guangci Social Housing Building.
