The

three hundredth day of the Russian large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation began in

Ukraine .

The occupiers continue to focus their efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Bakhmut and Avdiiv areas.

This is stated in the morning summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on December 20.

It is noted that the enemy is trying to restore the lost position on Lymansky and is conducting defense in other directions.

Over the past day, on December 19, units

of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled attacks by occupiers

in the areas of the settlements of Stelmakhivka, Chervopopivka, and Serebryanske in the Luhansk region and Verkhnyokamianske, Pidhorodne, Bakhmut, Opytne, Kurdyumivka, Krasnohorivka, and Maryinka in the Donetsk region.

During the day, the enemy carried out

4 missile and 60 air strikes,

and also carried out more than

80 attacks

from rocket salvo systems.

As a result of these strikes, civilian infrastructure and the population were affected.

The threat of enemy air and missile strikes on critical infrastructure remains throughout Ukraine.

It will be recalled that the Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine

needed the supply of new weapons

to speed up the end of the war .

According to him, we need more guns, shells, modern tanks, which have not yet been supplied to Ukraine, longer-range salvo systems, modern and truly effective anti-aircraft defense, etc.
