There is a discrepancy in the testimony given in connection with the accident on Cherni Vrah Blvd., for which Georgi Semerdzhiev is accused.

The lawyer of the family of one of the victims, Plamen Dimitrov, explained in the "Hello, Bulgaria" studio that the prosecutor from the scene of the accident stated that one of the photos was not him, as he was wearing something else.

"Employees of the 4th Regional Office were at the scene of the accident.

One of them - Simona Radeva's friend.

How did they find out about the crash?

According to the military prosecutor, there were already 4 RU officers at the crash site.

When other officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs came, according to the prosecutor, they pressed the phone that was in the car, and a photo of Semerdzhiev appeared and they recognized him.

It's strange how they recognize him," he explained.

According to Dimitrov, the prosecutor and the judge became interested in who were the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who went and recognized Semerdzhiev on the phone.

"So those who went to the scene, who reached into the car and pressed one of his phones, knew him.

There is also a discrepancy in the testimony of Simona Radeva.

I don't know what this girl is counting on," added the defender.

"Radeva says that she happened to know Semerdzhiev from an inspection.

The employees of the car wash say that she was there every day, they had her as their boss.

Including one of the witnesses stated that very often clients paid her.

If we happen to know each other, I won't know where you live and I won't ride in your car.

She confirmed that she rode in his jeep several times and that Semerdzhiev is a very good driver," Dimitrov said.

The former policewoman denied entering Semerdzhiev's apartment.

However, two of the workers from the car wash who carried the ladder explained that she had climbed up with him.

"She had previously asked them to take down the number plates of her car.

She denies going upstairs.

He said they took the numbers off because one was slightly crushed and had to go from front to back.

I cannot explain for what purpose this is being done," the lawyer clarified.

Before the court: A witness made shocking revelations about ex-policewoman Simona and Semerdzhiev

Regarding the prosecutor Adalbert Krastev, who was at the scene of the accident, the lawyer pointed out: "The judge showed him a photo and asked him if it was him.

He said he wasn't because he wasn't wearing shorts, he wasn't wearing white, he was wearing brown pants and a purple shirt.

As he explains - there is hardly him in the photo, only his car is there", explained Dimitrov.

“There's one more shot.

They are currently looking for a man with a helmet who appears in the photos and at some point he disappears.

He had access to territory he shouldn't have.

It has not yet been established who it is," added the lawyer.

At the moment, it is not yet clear whether Semerdzhiev was alone at the time of the accident.

According to Dimitrov Semerdzhiev, he can spend a maximum of 20 years in prison.

"Our goal is for him to receive a fair punishment.

We filed a claim for BGN 1,250,000, as there are five heirs.

The fact that the court has accepted it for consideration does not mean that it will condemn Semerdzhiev for this money", he explained.
