In the occupied Ukrainian territories, the study of the Bulgarian language has been stopped.

Nikolay Milkov was born on December 10, 1957 in Sofia.

Minister Milkov pointed out that it should be clear that it is not Ukraine that forbids the Bulgarian communities from learning their language.

According to him, it is clear who is doing it.

The executive director of the Agency for Bulgarians Abroad, Raina Mandjukova, added that there were reports from specific schools in the occupied territories about how Bulgarian symbols, including portraits of historical figures, were removed.
