"It is expected that today it will be possible to turn on certain equipment that will allow to slightly increase the level of power supply reliability, reduce the power deficit in the capital's power hub and provide power to more consumers," the message says.

The company also noted that enemy drone attacks on mainline network facilities in the central region, which took place on the night of December 19, as well as artillery shelling in the east of Ukraine, led to further damage to the energy infrastructure and deterioration of the energy supply situation, in particular in the central region and the city of Kyiv .
