On Tuesday, December 20, the Central District Court of Tyumen decided that the citizen of the

Russian Federation

Alisa Klimentova, against whom a case was opened for the inscription "No v***e", must pay a fine of 30 thousand rubles.

This was reported by the Baza Telegram channel.

"The court decided that Alice did not mean fish at all by the phrase ``No f***e.''

Administrative proceedings due to an inscription on the asphalt

At the beginning of autumn in Tyumen, the police detained a Russian woman and filed an administrative report against her because of the inscription she made on the asphalt with blue chalk.

The law enforcement officers claimed that the girl wrote "No war" and thereby "discredited" the Russian army.

She was threatened with a fine in the amount of 30 to 50 thousand rubles.

Already in September, the Central District Court of the Russian city of Tyumen decided to

terminate the administrative case

of "discrediting the armed forces of the Russian Federation" against a resident of the city, who wrote the half-"baked" dotted slogan "No in ***e" on the asphalt.

However, in November, the Tyumen Regional Court overturned the decision of the Central District Court of the city and remanded the

case of "discrediting the army" for a new trial.
