[Reporter Liu Yuqing/Penghu Report] Drones have flourished in recent years. Penghu drones fly in the red zone control area, and the Magong fishing port area has been added, which will come into effect on December 28 this year.

The red area announced by Penghu is a no-fly area and a restricted area, including the areas reported by various airports, the central government and various agencies in Penghu to prohibit flying.

The yellow zone is prohibited to fly above 200 feet (60 meters) around the airport, and the other green zones are restricted to 400 feet (120 meters) and above.

That is to say, the general aerial camera used by natural persons for leisure and entertainment can only fly below 120 meters in the green zone, below 60 meters in the yellow zone, and cannot fly in the red zone.

In the airspace above 120 meters in the green zone and 60 meters in the yellow zone, a legal person that has passed the ability review must submit an application for flight activities to the Civil Aviation Administration.

In the red zone, a qualified legal person must apply for approval from the competent authority that announced the prohibition of flying.

However, the winners submitted legal application documents and complied with the red, green and yellow zone restrictions. , the Civil Aviation Administration is responsible for corroborating the evidence, returning the contestants to innocence, and successfully receiving the relevant prizes, which also sets an example for future competitions.

The Magong port area has been included in the drone control zone, which will take effect on December 28.
