[Reporter Cai Sipei/Taipei Report] The Democratic Progressive Party suffered a disastrous defeat in the nine-in-one election on November 26. There were voices of criticism within the party, but yesterday's Chiayi mayor election was still re-elected by KMT mayor Huang Minhui.

Wang Hongwei, a KMT candidate for the by-election of the legislators of Taipei’s third constituency district (North Songshan, Zhongshan), said today that Su Tseng-chang, the premier of the executive branch, is still sitting in the position of dean. May I ask what reforms have been made by the DPP?

Wang Hongwei said today that from November 26 to the results of the Chiayi mayoral election yesterday, there was a wave of criticism and reform within the DPP, and she also believes that this atmosphere may continue until the legislative by-election in January next year.

However, Wang believes that the DPP has not really reformed or reflected. The most obvious example is that Su Zhenchang is still in the position of president. May I ask what the DPP has reformed?

Wang said that when she entered the Legislative Yuan, she would continue to supervise vigorously, and strongly demanded that Su must step down.

Wang Hongwei asked DPP candidate Wu Yinong that legislators should be responsible for supervision. If Wu Yinong dare not even Su Zhenchang to supervise and think that he should step down, how does Wu Yinong feel about the DPP's so-called reform and review?

Do you think the DPP has really reviewed reforms?

Wang appealed to Wu Yinong, do you dare to express your stance on everyone's doubts about the DPP?

Dare to let Su Zhenchang step down?

As for whether such an atmosphere will continue until January 8, allowing the Kuomintang to win the election, Wang Hongwei emphasized that she will do her best to win the election, but it is not certain who will win or lose until the election is not final.

Wang hopes that supporters and those who think that the DPP should review and reflect can vote in the legislative by-elections, and she will continue to work hard to get the support of voters.
