It is reported that British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will announce a new military aid package for Ukraine during the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF) summit, which will be held in Latvia on December 19.

Also at the meeting, the leadership of Britain, the Netherlands, Northern Europe and the Baltic countries will discuss further steps to counter Russian aggression.

London believes that the new military aid package will provide a steady flow of much-needed artillery munitions in this war through 2023.

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak calls not only to maintain, but also to increase military aid to Ukraine next year.

"The UK and our European allies are walking hand-in-hand in our response to the invasion of Ukraine, and once again we remain unwavering in our commitment to peace in Europe. But to achieve peace, we must deter aggression, and our joint deployments across across the region are vital to ensure we can respond to the most serious threats," the British prime minister said in a statement.

It should be noted that the leaders of Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden and Great Britain will gather at the JEF meeting, and the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, will also speak.

It will be recalled that it was previously reported that Great Britain confirmed that it had
