Russia does not have the strength to improve the situation at the front.

Therefore, Putin's attempt to conduct another large-scale offensive special operation will be the agony of the regime.

This opinion was expressed by the former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, General Mykola Malomuzh, FREEDOM informs.

According to him, the USA sees that Russia does not have the strategic potential to conquer Ukraine.

"Ukrainians and our army have the strength to liberate the territory, and our partners and the whole world are aiming for this. Therefore, in this situation, Putin has practically no chance," said Malomuzh.

At the same time, the general warns that for some time the Kremlin will still be able to launch new massive attacks on Ukraine and fight to protect its regime.

Malomuzh also believes that Putin is planning another offensive operation - probably after the New Year.

"There will be another mobilization, he is planning another offensive operations, there will be attempts to conduct large-scale special operations from the north, south, or east, there will be more. We understand that this is agony, there are no prospects. We are ready for such offensive operations," concluded the former head of the Service foreign intelligence.

What is known about the new offensive of the Russian Federation

Earlier, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhnyi warned that Russia was stockpiling people and weapons for a new offensive.

The general believes that this offensive "may take place in February, in the best case in March, in the worst - at the end of January."

According to him, the occupiers will either attack Kyiv again from the north, or attack Donbas or the south.

Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov believes that Russia may launch a new wave of offensives as early as February.

Military expert Oleg Zhdanov named the directions in which the enemy can break through.

Advisor to the President's Office, Oleksiy Arestovich, reassured that this major offensive, which Putin has planned for 2023, could be his last.
