Over the past day, on December 17, Russian troops shelled the Kherson Region 54 times with artillery, anti-aircraft guns, tanks and mortars.

 This is reported by Kherson OVA.

Russian military shelled the residential quarters of Kherson.

They targeted a medical facility, private and apartment buildings.

During the day, as a result of shelling, three people were killed, and six residents of Kherson region were injured of varying degrees of severity.

Three people died, another 6 were injured.

 to Ukrainian control on November 11, the occupiers have continued massive shelling of the city and region almost daily.

On Saturday, December 17, the occupiers attacked an institution in the village of Stepanivka in the

 Kherson region,

 where they provide assistance to the elderly.

A 36-year-old civilian man died as a result of the attack.

In addition, a 70-year-old woman was injured.

She was hospitalized.
