More than 200 flights were delayed or canceled at three Moscow airports - Vnukovo, Domodedovo and Sheremetyevo due to heavy snowfall.

APA's Russian bureau reports that as of 18:40 Moscow time, 50 flights were delayed and two were canceled in Vnukovo.

71 out of 119 flights in Domodedovo were delayed for more than an hour.

At Sheremetyevo airport, 90 flights were delayed and five were cancelled.

It should be noted that it has been snowing continuously in Moscow for more than three days.

According to the information released by the Phobos weather center, the height of snow in the Russian capital reached 38 centimeters, breaking the record of 1989.

More than 12,500 machines and nearly 119,000 personnel were involved in cleaning the streets of Moscow from snow.
