In the course of the investigation, it was established that on the night of 13.12.2022, 59-year-old S.S.

was attacked in his home in the village of Septemvriytsi, Montana region.

The victim was hit numerous times with fists and a shovel in the head area, injured with scissors on his hands and threats were made.

A sum of 650 BGN was taken from him during the robbery.

District Court - Lom accepted the arguments of the prosecutor from the District Prosecutor's Office - Montana for the existence of a reasonable assumption about the guilt of the accused.
