[Reporter Wu Renjie/New Taipei Report] This year’s first wave of cold air mass hits, and the Central Meteorological Administration issued a low temperature special report, predicting that the low temperature will drop by 7 degrees on the 18th, and New Taipei City will continue for 2 days on the 16th and 17th (statistics until 2:00 pm on the 17th) ) among medical emergency cases reported, as many as 17 people suffered cardiopulmonary arrest (OHCA) or even died before the hospital. Among the 7 near-death cases today, two of them were lucky enough to save one life. Cardiac shock is fatal or life-threatening.
