'Besharam Rang' song allegedly for 'hurting religious sentiments'

A complaint letter was filed on Friday against Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and others in a court in Bihar's Muzaffarpur district for allegedly "hurting religious sentiments" in the song "Besharam Rang" from the film Pathan. .


Sudhir Ojha, a lawyer from Muzaffarpur, filed the said complaint in a local court against actors Shah Rukh Khan, actresses Deepika Padukone, Aditya Chopra, John Ibrahim and Siddharth Anand.

Ojha requested to register an FIR for allegedly hurting the religious sentiments of the people of the Hindu community.

After filing the said complaint in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of Muzaffarpur, Ojha told reporters, "The song 'Besharam Rang' from the film Pathan is objectionable and it hurts the sentiments of the Hindu community." Will do on January 3, 2023.
