in the Donetsk region found itself without heat and water supply.

There was an emergency power outage in the city. 

Mayor Oleksandr Honcharenko announced this on Facebook.

"The whole city is again without emergency power. The heat and water supply has stopped. Where there is an opportunity, we switch to generators," the mayor announced.

The mayor did not provide details about the emergency power outage.

However, it is known that on the night of December 17, the occupiers struck Kramatorsk.

Civilian infrastructure was hit: road surface, educational institution and private houses were damaged. 

To remind you, on December 16, Russia carried out the ninth mass missile attack on Ukraine, damaging critical infrastructure facilities.

The occupiers damaged approximately

 nine generation facilities.

In addition, the capacity of nuclear power plants was limited.
