On Friday, December 16, when Russian missiles bombarded the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the operational headquarters of the army, where he held a meeting with the highest military leadership.

It was about the "medium-term perspective" of hostilities in Ukraine.

Kremlin propagandists announced this on Saturday, December 17, publishing footage of this meeting in a secret bunker.

According to the report, Putin asked the command of his armies to provide suggestions on how, in their opinion, Russia's military campaign in Ukraine should proceed.

"We will listen to the commanders of each operational direction, and I would like to hear your proposals regarding our immediate actions, but also in the medium term," says the president of the aggressor state in the published video.

President Putin reportedly visited the Russian Joint Forces headquarters yesterday, which included Shoigu, Gerasimov, and Surovikin.

He said he would listen to the commanders for each operational direction.

Judging by the published footage, Putin presided over a meeting with several people at a round table, with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Chief of the General Staff General Valery Gerasimov standing next to him.

The footage also features General Serhiy Surovikin, who has been leading the campaign of Russian ground forces during the war in Ukraine since October.

We will remind you that on the morning of December 16, Russian troops launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine.

As a result of the shelling, electricity, heat and water supply disappeared in many settlements.

There are dead civilians.
