Chen Huanyu, director of the office, said to the prosecutor, "I'm really relieved to see you here!"

[Reporter Qian Lizhong/Taipei Report] The Hsinchu Mayor-elect of the People's Party, Gao Hongan, was suspected of fraudulently receiving assistant fees. Yesterday, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office missed a late reply. According to the Corruption Crimes Act, the use of official opportunities to fraudulently obtain property and other crimes was ordered. 600,000 yuan was posted on bail; it is understood that Gao pleaded not guilty at the court hearing, denying private use of the provident fund, and the amount of donation was all voluntary by the assistant.

Chen Huanyu, Director of Gao’s Legislative Office, and Wang Yuwen, the former head of the public relations team, truthfully explained the flow of the provident fund. Chen also revealed to the prosecutor, “I am really relieved to see you come (search)!” Chen and Wang Xun each received 100,000 Three of the four defendants in the whole case were released on bail. The pace of investigation does not rule out the direction of "prosecution".

Gao said assistant made voluntary donations and denied private use of provident funds

As for Gao's boyfriend Li Zhongting, although the prosecutors believe that he is suspected of fraudulently receiving assistant fees, there is no evidence that he embezzled the provident fund for private use and handled funds, and he actually performed assistant labor, and no head was involved. He was fraudulently received, and the prosecution temporarily invited him back as a defendant for corruption.

Three defendants have been released on bail in the whole case, and the "he" case where the defendant and the cause of the case are unknown will be transferred to the "investigation" case with clearer facts.

It is reported that the prosecution has grasped the key facts of the case, and the relevant evidence and confession have also been consolidated, and there is no doubt about colluding or destroying the evidence. There should be no plans to interview Gao and Li in the short term.

Illegal gains of about 600,000 and the same amount will be handed over to the security

Before the inspection and investigation, the heavenly soldiers searched the residences of the four defendants including the Gaoban of the Legislative Yuan and Gao Hongan in eight different ways. After the search, he was taken back to the Northern Mobile Station of the Bureau of Investigation as a corruption defendant for interrogation.

It is understood that during the interrogation, Gao Detective answered all questions and pleaded not guilty, but the confession was inconsistent with Chen Huanyu, Wang Yuwen, and Huang Huiwen, the former administrative director of the High Office, who were previously invited back, especially the initial planning of the provident fund system, donations, and requests. In the process of payment and other links, there were also situations where the defendants pushed each other and avoided the most serious.

Considering that the illegal gains involved in the provident fund were about 600,000 yuan, the prosecution ordered Gao Hongan to post bail of 600,000 yuan.

Chen and Wang's statement on the flow of the provident fund is more consistent with Huang's. The prosecution believes that the two are involved in the case to a relatively low degree, so they ordered each to pay 100,000 yuan on bail.

Gao's words and others can't get along

The investigation questioned whether the flow of the provident fund involved private use, whether the assistant had advanced the money on behalf of Gao Hongan first, and when Gao would return the advance on behalf of Gao. Although Gao explained one by one, after comparing the key internal accounts provided by Huang Huiwen, the investigation still questioned the accounts. Mumu and others couldn't agree on what to say, and it was determined that Gao was involved in the case and the plot heated up.

It is reported that during the initial interrogation at the Beijing Railway Station, Gao reviewed her transcript for nearly three hours. After the re-examination, she checked the transcript for another forty minutes, prolonging the court hearing until 5:00 a.m. yesterday. It took about ten minutes to apply for insurance. He was protected by lawyers and staff and left the Beijing Inspection Office. He looked haggard and was not interviewed.
