The Office of the President urges Ukrainians not to ignore the alarm signal and go to shelter.

This was stated by Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko. 

"Do not ignore the air raid signal, stay in shelters," he wrote.

Vitaliy Kim, the head of Mykolaiv OVA, reported at 08:04 that the first rockets were already coming in.

As reported, an

air alert has been declared in many regions of Ukraine and in Kyiv.
