On its behalf, BP announced the successful completion of a three-year social investment project supporting the transfer of international experience in adaptive strategic management to Azerbaijan.

According to information provided by BP to "APA-Economics", the main goal of the project was to support meeting the current demand in this field by forming the ability to respond flexibly to strategic changes in local administration, to adapt to innovations and transformations.

The project was intended to help overcome the difficulties faced by local organizations in this area.

The project was implemented at ADA University on the basis of the internationally recognized Adaptive Strategic Management Program (ASEP).

The training program is based on the business education curriculum developed and certified by "Duke Corporate Education" (Duke CE), which is located under the Fuqua Business School of Duke University (USA) and is one of the leading organizations in the field of business management education in the world.

Duke CE developed and implemented this program in partnership with Korn Ferry, one of the leading US human resource consulting firms specializing in leadership development.

Upon completion of the program, all successful participants received certificates from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

On the occasion of the successful completion of the project, an event was held at ADA University yesterday.

The project was implemented by "Korn Ferry" organization (formerly "TwentyEighty Strategy Execution") in partnership with ADA University.

The cost of the project was approximately AZN 1.5 million (over USD 882,000), which included support from bp and its partners for participants' tuition fees.
