Who is taught and who is not taught by history.

About one comment in the "Zeltsar case"

In total, more than 200 people are involved in the "Zeltsar case" in Belarus.

Svaboda received an audio recording of the interrogation of the accused at one of these trials.

As at the court in the "Zeltsar case", the judge and the prosecutor interrogated the accused

Let's keep it simple.

If unknown people break into your apartment with weapons, what should you do?

Defend your home, your loved ones and yourself.

Well, these are the basic principles of security.

This is how we were taught at home and at school, this way around the world, this way in the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

It was at least until 2020.

So, Andrei Zeltsar did everything right.

Aitishnik, they say;

a decent person.

He did, as taught at home and at school, as throughout the world, as in legislation.

That's what you thought.

And they wrote a comment about it.

You condemned the actions of unknown armed bandits (why didn't the police intervene?).

What they had every right to and even more.

They expressed their civil position.

Those who were taught this way at home and at school were strengthened in this, the law gives you such a right.

Is it not on this correctness that our whole social life rests?

Otherwise, they would have bitten each other a long time ago.

After all, security is the most basic human need and the basis of society's existence.

Zeltsar was not lucky, the police did not protect him.

After all, it was the KGB police with assault rifles and they were knocking down the door of his apartment.

Not bandits.

Where will you take it apart?

You, who were arrested and brought to court for your comment, were not lucky either.

Stand.

Or could they just ring Zeltsar's doorbell, he would ask: "Who's there?", would you name yourself and say what business you're in?

And why did you come in droves and with machine guns?

You knew perfectly well that he is not a terrible killer, but a native, a computer expert and, they say, a decent person.

What is true, the journalist who recorded his acquaintance saying so, was imprisoned for it.

In fact, they came to intimidate or kill Zeltsar.

How thousands and thousands of the most intelligent, kind and peaceful Belarusians came and continue to come.

Bandits are coming.

Known facts.

Now you have a "trial".

"They are not knocking down the door, but trying to get into the apartment, residential premises," the "prosecutor" corrects you.

Is it to soften the situation or something?

"Smear" the fact.

Oh, this clerk.

Not an apartment, but a residential building, not a school, but an educational institution.

"Why are you crying, girl?

- According to the above."

But it's a lie, they are not "trying" anything, they are actually knocking down the door, as we see in the video that was shown on TV.

The "prosecutor" was not taught to tell the truth at home and at school, he does not do what prosecutors around the world do, and not what he has to do according to the law.

Just don't tell him that, because this already triggers the basic principle of security.

"Prosecutor", you understand, together with those thugs.

He wants to make it so that the crime is not that they killed Zeltzar, but that Zeltzar defended his house.

And that the crime is your comment, not their lies.

That is, everything is upside down.

Who and how was convicted for comments on the "Zeltsar case"

"Did you think it was possible to write the way you did?"

- asks the "prosecutor".

"I didn't write anything offensive.

He only gave a positive assessment to the employees.

I do not fully understand what I am being accused of."

"People who will read your comment will have social hostility towards employees, tolerance in society will be broken."

How is it?

Is tolerance in society based on silence and lies?

Will there be social hostility to bandits?

But I was taught to be socially hostile to bandits at home and at school, both throughout the world and in legislation - you cannot put up with such a phenomenon as banditry.

The "judge" enters the conversation: "You have a higher technical education.

You don't have a legal education, do you?

So, you are ignorant in these matters.

So where did you get the idea that the KGB is breaking into an apartment without reason?

Why did you write: "Zeltsar had the right to defend his life"?

This is the "judge"!

How political prisoners with mental disorders are tried

You don't have a legal education, so you don't have to know the laws, just as Seltsar has no right to defend his life.

What about you, did they teach you at the law school that a citizen should not know his rights?

That's how they said in open text?

A "judge" is more like a zookeeper on a farm.

And "court".

“You write as if you know something.

And in people like you, and in ordinary people, you cause anger, everyone begins to think that everything is so bad here that they can break in without a decree, break down the door for one reason or another."

This is what the "judge" says.

As if this is not our current one, when they break in without a warrant, break down the door to beat, seize or simply ransack your apartment and then brag about it in their chats.

You will, of course, be deprived of your liberty.

For the fact that it turns out that you "caused the birativ".

And everyone should think that everything is fine here.

But why for the "judge", as it seems, the most important thing is that "everyone is starting to think that everything is so bad here"?

For your own self-satisfaction?

And closed processes for the same.

And the entire machinery of jurisprudence today works exclusively for self-satisfaction.

Himself and all other officials, security forces, apparatchiks.

They say that history teaches because it does not teach anything.

But this is not true.

In society, there are always people who are taught by history and those who are not.

If power falls into the hands of the other, then good wins over evil, and the club acts instead of laws.

To put it simply, Andrei Zeltsar did everything right.

As taught at home and at school, as throughout the world, as in legislation.

And in history, his act will be evaluated as a feat.

A street and a school will be named after him, books will be written about him.

History will thank the one whom it taught nobility and decency.

But the employees loyal to Lukashenka (actually loyal to his salaries, loans and positions), whom she did not teach anything, she will simply forget and send to the "ban".

As it was 50, 100, 500, and 5000 years ago.

Andrey Zeltsar's shootout with the KGB group.

What is known

On September 28, around two o'clock in the afternoon, KGB officers in civilian clothes broke down the door and broke into the apartment where

Andrei Zeltsar

and his wife

Maria Uspenskaya

were .

According to the official version, Seltsar shot twice and mortally wounded one of the KGB group.

KGB officers shot him in response.

The wife, who filmed the incident on her phone, was detained for aiding in the murder.

Andrei Zeltsar was 31 years old.

In 2008, he graduated from the technical school of business and law.

Since 2016, he worked at Epam as a team leader.

He was fond of fencing, cross-country running, and triathlon.

It is known that he paid a state duty for the right to hunt.

This may mean that he had the gun legally, and the relevant authorities were aware of it.

Judging by the photo on Zeltsar's Instagram, the brand of the gun is "IZH-27".

On August 17, 2020, on his Instagram, he called for a general strike and "go to the end."

His wife Maria Uspenskaya worked in a chain of household chemicals stores, she is 40 years old.

They have a son born in 2012.

At first, only the call sign "Nirvana" was officially reported about the dead KGB employee.

On the day of farewell to him, September 1, BelTA reported that his name is

Dmitri Fedasiuk

, he is an officer of group "A" of the KGB.

Previously, this information was unofficially reported by ByPol.

Fedasyuk was 31 years old.

He is survived by his wife and small child.

Dmitry Fedasiuk

Pro-government media published a video from the scene of the incident around eight o'clock in the evening.

It was edited from the recordings of two cameras - from the side of the security forces and from the side of Seltsar.

Security forces explained the recording from Seltsar's room as his desire to "hype".

Some social media users considered the video to be staged.

Others, on the basis of the footage shown, had doubts about the official version of the incident.

Different opinions were expressed: that the KGB fighters could have mortally wounded their own, and that Seltsar fired traumatic bullets, not hunting bullets (which, however, could have inflicted a fatal wound at close range).
