Russian troops lost about 590 personnel per day.

Currently, the Ukrainian command estimates Russia's total combat losses at 96,590 soldiers.

This was announced today, December 15, by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In addition,

the headquarters updated data on the total losses of Russian military equipment:

  • 2,975 tanks (+5 in the last day)

  • 5,946 armored fighting vehicles (+9)

  • 1,943 artillery systems (+12)

  • 406 rocket launchers (+2)

  • 211 means of air defense

  • 281 aircraft

  • 264 helicopters

  • 1,644 operational-tactical drones (+27)

  • 592 cruise missiles

  • 16 ships

  • 4,563 cars and tankers (+1)

  • 172 units of special equipment (+1)

Earlier, the General Staff announced that the army  of the

Russian Federation 

is trying to advance on the Bakhmut and Avdiiv directions.

The occupiers are also trying to improve their tactical position in the Kupyan, Lyman and Zaporizhzhia directions.

Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled attacks by Russian invaders in the areas of Verkhnokamianske, Yakovlivka, Soledar, Bakhmut, Vesele, and Maryinka settlements of the Donetsk region.
