"People are called in for questioning, instead of looking for the guilty," Milkov said.

According to him, there is no result in the search for guilty and punished people, "which creates a feeling of impunity and an atmosphere of fear among the Bulgarians there".

According to him, the institutions of North Macedonia do not take into account the changed dynamics in bilateral relations and the commitments that the country has made to the European Union and Bulgaria.

The positive approach of the two foreign ministries does not translate into a consistent policy, nor even into separate positive actions of any other department of North Macedonia, the minister believes.
