The fact that Bulgaria and Romania remain outside Schengen is not the European position, said the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikolay Milkov

Nikolay Milkov was born on December 10, 1957 in Sofia.

He graduated from the French High School in Sofia, at a press conference in the department's building.

According to him, 25 countries supported our country and Romania for Schengen membership, but two countries opposed Europe.

The common approach was destroyed by two countries that used their right of veto, violating the philosophy of European integration, the minister said.

He added that last week was "black for Europe", BTA reported.
