A resident of Kyzyl was found guilty of causing death by negligence due to an attack by his dogs on a person.

According to the investigation, the convict lived on the territory of the garden association and had three adult dogs.

The animals freely moved around the territory and were on their own.

On the evening of March 1, hungry dogs attacked a woman who was in a severe state of intoxication.

"By biting and scratching, they inflicted multiple lacerations and bite wounds and other injuries on her, which collectively led to profuse blood loss, and later on the same day to the death of the victim in a medical facility," the court's decision reads.

The man was assigned correctional labor for a period of 1 year and 6 months, with 10% of the state's income being withheld.
