This Besan-Semolina Dhokla is incredibly easy to make.

Make a thick paste by mixing gram flour, semolina and curd in equal quantity.

Add grated carrots, salt and spices like ginger, green chillies and turmeric and mix well.

To make Dhokla, add some fruit salt to the batter and steam for about 15 minutes.

Garnish with grated coconut and green chillies and enjoy!
