A check of the combat readiness of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus is ongoing in Belarus.

Currently, the 38th Airborne Assault Brigade, which was transferred to the border with Ukraine, is already returning to Brest.

This is reported by the monitoring group "Balaruski Gayun".

"Servicemen of the 38th Airborne Assault Brigade are already marching from the task performance area to the point of permanent deployment as part of a sudden check of combat readiness. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus," the message reads.

It is also noted that units of the 7th separate tank battalion (at least 20 T-72B tanks) of the 11th separate mechanized brigade (7 otb 11 ombre) crossed the Neman River in the afternoon of December 14.

"Balaruski Gayun" assumes that 7 otb 11 ombre can go "on its own" to the "Gozki" training ground in the Grodno district.

However, it is currently known that the battalion has not yet reached the training ground.

In addition, on the evening of December 14, a column consisting of about 20 BMP-2s of the 19th separate mechanized brigade was spotted in the Borysiv district of Belarus, not far from the Berezina River crossing.

Accordingly, at least two motorized rifle companies from the 19 ombre were involved in the surprise inspection.

In addition to 2 motorized rifle companies, at least one battery of 122 mm self-propelled guns 2C1 "Carnation" was also involved from the 191st artillery group of the 19th Ombre for a surprise inspection.

It will be recalled that on December 12, information appeared that the Russian military in Belarus was

moving its equipment

closer to the border with Ukraine.

The next day, December 13, a sudden check of the combat readiness of the country's Armed Forces began

in Belarus on the instructions of the self-proclaimed President of the Republic of Belarus, Oleksandr Lukashenka .

In addition, Lukashenka's regime began summoning medics to the military commissariats and handing them summonses.

At the same time, Ukrainian border guards commented on the sudden check of the combat readiness of the army of Belarus.

The defenders are convinced that there is no threat of a new invasion yet.
