[Instant News/Comprehensive Report] Ukrainian officials said that the Russian army launched a heavy shelling on the city of Kherson (Kherson) in Unan today (15th), causing a major power outage in the urban area, and 2 other people were unfortunately killed.

Kyrylo Tymoshenko, deputy director of the Ukrainian President's Office, said that the Russian army "enemy forces attacked the city center again. (The shells) were only 100 meters away from the Kherson Regional Administration Building. Two people were killed. Emergency services are on scene."

Kherson, with a population of about 300,000 before the war, fell shortly after the Russian invasion and was successfully recaptured by Ukrainian forces last month, with remnants of the Russian army retreating to the Dnipro River the other side.
