However, in some regions due to exceeding the limits, emergency shutdowns of electricity have been applied, NEC emphasizes. 

"In the east, the enemy has again launched an artillery attack on one of the de-occupied areas. Energy infrastructure facilities have been damaged. Emergency recovery work will begin after the permission of the military," the message reads.

It is emphasized that accurate information on each region can be obtained from operators of the distribution system.
