The advisor of the Office of the President, Oleksiy Arestovych, once again expressed the thesis that the Russian dictator Putin is negotiating with China on learning after losing the war.

OP's adviser said this in an interview with journalist Dmytro Gordon.

In his opinion, at least three million Russians may die in the war, but the people of the Russian Federation will not condemn Putin's actions.

"They will condemn him for only one thing - for a lost war. The Russian people do not forgive the tsars of lost wars. According to the information I have (I don't know how relevant it is), he has been negotiating with China for a long time about a quiet retirement on a small farm with a blue swimming pool. And the Chinese said "yes," Arestovych said.

According to him, China is the only country "capable of not betraying Putin", but the organization of the evacuation itself is difficult.

"The West may have arranged this option. But the logistics of this process are very difficult to imagine. He gets on a plane in one wonderful moment - and flies away? The leader of a nuclear state. And where is the suitcase? Was the planned transfer of power in Russia at least once in our memory? It should be called someone's successor," concluded the adviser to the OP.

Putin's escape: a dream or a real prospect

The advisor of the President's Office, Oleksiy Arestovych, previously claimed that Putin allegedly asked China for political asylum three times.

However, at that time the Chinese allegedly put forward a number of harsh conditions to the dictator.

According to the information of Belarusian oppositionist Pavlo Latushka, another dictator, Oleksandr Lukashenko, is also considering fleeing to China.

Earlier, Russian Telegram channels wrote that Putin considers the Central African Republic as one of the two emergency evacuation options for himself and his loved ones.

And Putin's former speechwriter, Russian political scientist Abbas Gallyamov was generally shocked by the news that the Kremlin is seriously developing a project under the unofficial name "Noah's Ark".

Allegedly, Putin and his associates are developing a plan to escape to Latin America.

The main option is Venezuela, but escape options to Paraguay, Ecuador and Argentina are being considered.
