- My dear brother Ilham Heydar oglu, I am very glad to welcome you to hospitable Turkmenistan, especially on the shores of the great Caspian Sea.

Today, for the first time, the Summit meeting between friendly and brotherly countries - Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey is held.

I believe that this Summit will play an important role in the development of relations between our countries and will bear fruit.

Our country pays special attention to fraternal relations with Azerbaijan and Turkey.

This tripartite Summit held for the first time, in my opinion, will be important in terms of geopolitical and geoeconomic relations between our countries.

There are a number of economic issues related to the diversification of the supply of energy resources and the strengthening of transit-transport relations between our states.

As for the humanitarian direction, there are many common aspects between our countries - language, religion, culture and a number of other issues.

My brother Ilham Heydar oglu, I also want to mention the inter-parliamentary relations between our countries.
