Commentary by the writer Nedyalko Slavov on the occasion of the birthday today of the Speaker of the National Assembly, the great sculptor and artist Vezhdi Rashidov

Vezhdi Rashidov is a Bulgarian sculptor, Minister of Culture in Boyko's cabinet.

Nedyalko Slavov is the winner of many national awards for poetry and prose, among them the National Award for Poetry "Ivan Nikolov" for the collection of poems and poems "Marble Years", the National Award for Literature "Hristo G. Danov" for the novels "Faustino" and "The Bell", "Helikon" Award for new Bulgarian fiction for the novels "432 Hertz" and "The Bell", as well as numerous literary nominations.

In our small Bulgarian society, embittered and divided by the tricksters, it is more and more difficult to meet someone who has a good word to say about his neighbor.

Here, today I want to say - I read an interview with Vezhdi Rashidov

Vezhdi Rashidov is a Bulgarian sculptor, Minister of Culture in Boyko's cabinet.

An honest, male interview.

I have one or two bohemian seasons with Vezhdi and the company around the cafes and clubs of Sofia.

I also know how step by step alone, I emphasize, absolutely alone, following his talent, he made his breakthrough in the native and world art of sculpture and during his lifetime reached the well-deserved recognition and fame.

So do not envy and do not bite your nails, but rejoice, children, in the successes of Humanity.

They come from work and talent, and from Love.

The title is the editor's
