Recep Tayyip Erdogan - Turkish politician and prime minister.

Born on February 26, 1954 in Istanbul. He ended by addressing the participants of the tripartite Turkey-Turkmenistan-Azerbaijan high-level meeting in Avaze, Anadolu Agency reported.

Erdogan noted that the recent and full membership of Turkmenistan, which currently has observer status, in the Organization of Turkic States will become a new source of strength for the organization.

I am confident that the fraternal ties of Ankara, Baku and Ashgabat will strengthen on the basis of the strategic capabilities of our countries.

Our goal is to make the most of global and regional processes for the good of the population with a view to regional stability, Erdogan noted, stressing that Ankara is proud of the achievements of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.

According to the Turkish leader, cooperation between countries is particularly important against the background of the challenges and crises of today.

Erdogan noted that the Russian-Ukrainian war has shaken food and energy security in the world, and the consequences of what is happening in Ukraine to one degree or another are being felt by all countries, including the rise of inflation.

From the very beginning of the crisis in Ukraine, I have stated that war cannot have a winner, and peace can have losers.

A just peace can only be achieved through dialogue, the Turkish president said.
