In Vladikavkaz (North Ossetia, Russian Federation), 21-year-old Saveliy Frolov was arrested and charged with the fact that he was going to join the Legion of the Armed Forces "Freedom of Russia".

At the end of October, the boy was taken off the bus at the Verkhniy Lars checkpoint while trying to leave for Georgia.

He was arrested for 15 days for "mothering in a public place".

Then Frolov allegedly voluntarily wrote a refusal to cross the border.

But his friends wrote on social networks that before that the boy had informed about the upcoming interrogation by the FSB.

On October 31, Saveliy called his parents and informed them that he was in the special department in Vladikavkaz and would no longer be able to call.

The boy was told that he was arrested for 15 days under the article "Minor hooliganism".

On December 12, Frolov was accused of "treason in the form of going over to the side of the enemy."

According to the version of the Russian security forces, he was going to join the "Freedom of Russia" Legion.

The punishment includes imprisonment for a term of up to 10 years.

"This is one of the first cases of treason under this form — 'switching over to the enemy's side.'

They assume that the border guards probably found subscriptions to Ukrainian publications or anti-war correspondence with friends in his phone, since they detained him at the border precisely after examining the phone.

It became known about the creation of the Legion "Freedom of Russia" in March of this year.

According to OP Arrestovych's advisor, legion cells allegedly appeared on the territory of the Russian Federation itself, where active actions are being carried out.

We will remind that the partisans blew up railway tracks in the Rostov region, which were used to supply equipment for the war.

It was also reported that an important Trans-Siberian highway was damaged in the Russian Federation.

Councilor of the VP Arestovych says that the "Freedom of Russia" Legion is involved in this.
