Luo Tinghui, 31, graduated from the Department of Art and Design of Hsinchu University of Education, specializing in pottery and sculpture. After graduation, he participated in a project of the Ministry of Education to help improve the aesthetics of the campus. He has been interested in art and handmade since he was a child. After saving the first pot of gold (1 million yuan), he decided to start a business and open a studio to complete the first step of his dream.

42-year-old Lu Xuezheng, graduated from the fashion design department of Shijian University. He won the first prize in the national fashion design competition twice when he was a student. After graduation, he cooperated with some companies to make clothing accessories and established "Lu Lu Xue Zheng" in 2011. Brand, feeling that the design has few Taiwanese elements, as a Hakka, he decided to start from Taoyuan, his birthplace, to observe the new residents, Hokkien ethnic group and his own environment, and gradually precipitated the concept of "original fashion".

Lv Xuezheng's works start from Taiwan's local culture and Hakka identity, such as making Hakka fabrics into independent fashion bags, integrating Taiwanese culture into sportswear, etc. His latest work is a collaboration with the Taiwan Bowl Museum to design ancient hand-painted patterns into On the bag, local elements are integrated, and he has been invited to publish many fashion shows and exhibitions at home and abroad; because the pattern-making will control the overall beauty of the clothing outline, he does it himself, and then hands it over to the master craftsman for hand-sewing, with fine workmanship.

Chen Guanying, director of the Youth Bureau, said that in order to cultivate local young professionals, it provides a complete mechanism of training, communication, matchmaking, marketing promotion and entrepreneurship counseling.
