What things and why it is better not to wash in the quick wash mode 

"Quick mode" usually involves washing things in 30 minutes, but there are models of washing machines that allow you to do it in 15-20 minutes.

It would seem that the quick wash function can always be used, because it is convenient and economical.

But it is not so.

The thing is that the program involves washing at low temperatures.

In such conditions, you can wash slightly soiled things that you change every day: T-shirts, socks, shirts, blouses.

At the same time, there should be no complex and outdated stains on the fabric.

The fast cycle only allows you to refresh the laundry and rid it of unpleasant odors.

Therefore, the advice not to wash heavily soiled and worn items in the fast wash mode will be relevant.

Towels and bed linen are also not washed in this mode.

Why it is better not to use the quick wash mode for these things:

• They will not be washed properly, for them you need to choose a full washing mode and a temperature not lower than 60 degrees.

• The low temperature at which washing takes place in a fast mode does not kill dust mites and microbes.

• Washing these items damages the washing machine itself.

  Towels and bed linen are highly absorbent.

  And if in normal modes this is not a problem, then in fast mode the machine does not have time to evenly distribute things on the drum, and as a result, wet things constantly hit the walls of the drum with great force and can damage it.

This is an intensive program, so the quick wash mode is not suitable for thin, delicate fabrics, as well as other items that need to be washed by hand.

Also, this mode should be avoided for quite worn or damaged items, because in this case the machine will damage them even more.

During a quick wash, the maximum effect can be obtained when the drum is half loaded.

At the same time, you need to put less detergent.

At low temperatures, the powder granules do not dissolve well, so the laundry will not be rinsed well when fully loaded.

How to effectively use the quick wash mode

Sort laundry before loading.

Separate things from each other by type of fabric, separate white clothes from colored ones.

Set aside heavily soiled laundry with stains for a full wash cycle.

For best results in the quick wash mode, do the following:

• Pre-soak things for 20 minutes.

• Rub difficult stains with soap.

• Wring the laundry and load it into the washing machine.

• Turn on the "Quick wash" program.

Yes, by consuming less electricity, you will be able to wash things with high quality.

If your machine does not have a mode called "quick wash", pay attention to other cycles.

For different manufacturers, this mode may be called "Express mode", "Fast 30" and so on.

All programs lasting less than 40 minutes will suit you.

  Cotton and synthetic items can be washed at a temperature of 30 degrees.

If you constantly use the fast wash mode, at least once every few weeks, turn on the machine on full mode at a temperature of 60 degrees.
