Kharkiv, Chuguyiv, Izyum and Kupyan districts were subjected to enemy mortar and artillery shelling last day.

At night, the Russian Federation launched a missile attack on Kupyansk.

This was announced by the head of Kharkiv OVA Oleg Sinegubov.

So, in the Kupyansk direction, the enemy fired from tanks and the entire range of artillery in the area of ​​Kislivka, Kotlyarivka, Tabaivka, and Berestovo.

According to preliminary information, there were no victims or victims.

"The rocket hit the two-story administration building, causing a fire on an area of ​​400 square meters. The building was completely destroyed. There were no casualties," the head of the OVA wrote.

Subsequently, Sinegubov clarified that on December 13 after 4 o'clock in the morning, as a result of the shelling of an "ambulance" car, which was on its way to a call in Kupyansk, a paramedic - a 54-year-old man - was injured.

Help was provided on the spot.

The car's glass was blown out by the blast wave.

He also added that the demining process continues in the region.

It will be recalled that at the beginning of September, the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched a counteroffensive in the Kharkiv direction.

As a result, almost the entire Kharkiv region was freed from the Russian occupiers, in particular, Izyum and Kupyansk were de-occupied, where mass burials of Ukrainians were discovered after the retreat of the Russian troops.

After the liberation of Kharkiv region, the Russian Federation continues to shell the region and kill the civilian population.
