The proposal for the personal composition of the "Gabrovski" cabinet is an attempt to hide the responsibility of politicians behind persons from the recent past.

This is not an expert office.

This was stated by Georgi Prodanov, a political scientist and lecturer at the Department of Political Sciences of the New Bulgarian University in the program "Before All" on BNR.

"These are people, more or less, who have participated in power until now. Their profile is not purely expert. There are people who practically have no political biography and people with heavy political burdens, which raises many questions - who will be used and who will uses them. There are many people who years ago were amnestied by the governments of GERB and Boyko Borisov. For these people, it is a convenient time to return the gesture to GERB and thus achieve a pito-paid effect. This government should clear up these things, for which are blamed on all those who will support him. We have in practice reaching out to all the subjects of the past that led to our current catastrophic state," noted Prodanov.

According to him, this is a warm-up for the third term.

"A test will be made as to what votes this composition of the government can collect. The votes may turn out to be suddenly enough if a parliamentary group does not appear in the plenary hall, the political scientist added.

The seven priorities stated for him are also not expert, and we are dealing with a "political experiment - pushing the problem out of politics" and transferring it to the idea that experts are enough to rule the country."

"Behind this cabinet is the DPS, and the DPS gets results. The DPS plays a key role and will strive to create a government in which they will have an important role. For them, the situation is now or never, and in view of the long their standing outside of power. The purely strategic moment is not to be missed. GERB are in a situation where they have no other potential ally except them," Prodanov pointed out.

If elected with 115 votes, this cabinet will not be able to be overthrown with the remaining votes, predicts Georgi Prodanov.

He pointed out that "Vazrazhdane" are a proxy of GERB" and this would block a request for the resignation of the cabinet, and in addition, the political scientist sees "a program of a government with a long management horizon".

"The overriding task of this government will probably also be the holding of local elections, which means at least a one-year horizon of government. What we call behind the scenes has been fasting from now on. If this government succeeds in passing, we risk seeing protests in the streets for a long time and at the same time time a government that rules in the interest of those who constructed it. If it doesn't pass this time, I guess it will pass with the third mandate," explained Prodanov.

In his words, purely mathematically, a government with the third term is more likely and "it would be strange" if he does not reach Stefan Yanev.

"The weight of the negotiations, the weight of the compulsion to have a government at all increases so much towards the third term that it would be a complete miracle if we don't have a government," the political scientist underlined.
