China has nothing to talk about with Russian President Vladimir Putin, so Putin's talks with Xi Jinping will not take place in the near future.

Russian oppositionist, human rights defender and lawyer Mark Feigin said this in an interview with TSN.ua.

"Moscow would of course like to meet with Xi Jinping. Putin needs not only alliance and cooperation regarding the war. He wants to show that one of the major powers meets with him normally. And he has normal relations and a "roof" in the person of Beijing. He needs this "roof". But China does not need to strengthen Putin with its "roof", Feagin noted.

China is talking to Washington, US President Joe Biden.

"This is a negotiating party. And who is Putin? . . . Dependent, not a negotiating party. What is there to talk about with him? . . . He has to do what he is ordered to do. And if he doesn't do it, then those are already his problems. I think that there can be no talk of any meeting until the end of the year. A meeting is possible only for one thing, for Putin to say, say, that's all, I repent, I'm leaving. Then the meeting is possible. Otherwise, there is no point in the meeting," the lawyer added.

According to him, a meeting with the leader of the People's Republic of China would give Putin diplomatic points, but "no one is going to share points with him."

"Putin is an outcast. But he still doesn't want to believe it. China is not an ally, he is Moscow's master. And if you don't accept these conditions, then Beijing doesn't need you," Feigin said.

Let's add that

the annual final press conference of the Kremlin leader was "cancelled" in Moscow.

Meanwhile,

China installed barbed wire 65 kilometers from Khabarovsk in Russia.
