I am satisfied.

Very good care is being taken here for my fellow citizens who were injured in the accident in Svilengrad.

This is what the Mayor of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov, told BTA, who was at the Multidisciplinary Hospital for Active Treatment (MBAL) - Haskovo, to learn about the condition of the injured passengers in the accident with a tourist bus near the Svilengrad village of Mladinovo yesterday evening, in which a 68-year-old a woman died and 19 passengers were hospitalized.

The patients themselves praised the doctors for their attention and full cooperation.

The more serious cases will have to stay here for a few days, after which we will move them to Burgas, Nikolov pointed out.

Those with lighter fractures can be transported today or tomorrow, the mayor specified, adding that it takes some time for them to shake off the shock.

He emphasized that the most important thing is that there is no life-threatening patient.

Nikolov also thanked the Minister of Health Asen Medjidiev, who earlier also visited the hospitalized, for the personal treatment, as well as for the exceptional attention from the Director of the Medical Center, Dr. Georgi Gelov.

After Haskovo, Nikolov went to the hospitals in Harmanli and Svilengrad, where four and six injured persons were also accommodated, respectively.

I want to make sure and tell the relatives that everything is okay and that the necessary care is being taken.

If he needs something, we will provide it, assured Nikolov.
