The accident involving a bus with excursionists on its way from Kavala, Greece to Burgas happened yesterday evening at 18:10 when the vehicle left the road, knocked down the guardrail, turned sideways and stopped in a forest of young trees before a deep ravine.

A 68-year-old woman died in the accident.

The mayor of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov, also personally visited the three hospitals to make sure of the condition of his injured fellow citizens this morning.
