The Mother Law of Turkey's relations with Azerbaijan is the Shusha Declaration.

APA reports that Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagchi said this.

The ambassador spoke about Turkey-Azerbaijan relations: "Undoubtedly, National leader Heydar Aliyev is a leader who played a special role in regaining the independence of Azerbaijan and laid the foundation of the modern state of Azerbaijan.

We remember the national leader as the leader who started Turkey-Azerbaijani relations, built a healthy and unbreakable bridge, and built the concept of "One nation, two states".

Today, President Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan continue the healthy relationship he established by building new bridges and a healthy relationship.

As we always say, the clear expression of this attitude is the disapproval of Shusha.

Cahit Bağçı emphasized that military exercises similar to those in Turkey are held in Azerbaijan.

"The "Brother Fist" exercises held by Azerbaijan and Turkey were organized in 4 separate regions and are the last military exercises held in 2022."

The ambassador said that the Shusha declaration requires the development of relations in all areas, it is a document of alliance: "Based on this document, relations are developed in all areas."
