The seller shot the floor three times with a traumatic pistol.

The shooter tried to run away after the incident.

However, witnesses prevented him.

They held the man until the police arrived.

It is noted that no one was injured as a result of the clash.

The police found out the identity of the shooter.

He turned out to be a native of Kyiv, born in 1972.

In the shopping center, the police took away a gun with rubber bullets, three cartridges and 12 cartridges from the detainee.

The Metropolitan police started criminal proceedings under the article on hooliganism committed with the use of firearms.

The man was informed about the suspicion.

Currently, the issue of choosing a preventive measure for the Kyiv resident is being resolved.

He faces up to seven years in prison.
